What We Believe In
Mission
To inspire children to listen to and sing the essence of the sea and the mangrove, using music as a bridge to strengthen their bond with their natural world. We want every musical note to be a tribute to their land and environment.

Vision

Values
Respect for nature, creativity, inclusion, and affection. We value sensitivity, active listening, and care for the environment as essential elements to inspire journeys and strengthen bonds with one’s land and waters.

Music, Mangrove, and Global Mission
The Flautistas da Marambaia project connects with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, promoting education, social inclusion, environmental preservation, and the strengthening of communities.

Knowledge, Memory, and Preservation
The Flautistas da Marambaia project celebrates ocean culture, valuing the ancestral relationship between people, the sea, and the mangroves. In partnership with UFRJ — the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro — and GeoMarinha, the Laboratory of Marine Geography and Integrated Coastal Management, we promote initiatives that deepen knowledge of marine ecosystems, strengthen the bond with the ocean, and raise awareness of its preservation and importance in our culture and daily lives.
